**Optus Assistant Store Manager**
As an Assisstant Store Manager you would be responsible for the day to day running of a store, monthly reporting and staff mentoring. You will lead, motivate and develop your team members whilst managing the profitability of your store. Previous telecommunications industry experience is helpful but not essential if you are the right person for this role.

Optus are leaders in telecommunication solutions, we are a mobile-centric dealership and are currently seeking a confident and experience Sales Professional to run a local team.

Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
Managing KPI's across your store on a daily basis in conjunction with the 2IC.
Conduct and provide remedial feedback on store audits.
Implementation of company policies and systems
Human Resource Management, in particular, recruiting high calibre teams
All facets of performance management.
Developing, coaching and mentoring teams.
Ensuring sales targets are Exceeded.
Deliver on organisational objectives as required.
Visual merchandising and local store marketing.

Skills and experience:
Must have at least 2 years of retail team leader/management experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
Superior communication and leadership skills.
Outstanding communication skills.
Excellent computer literacy skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and action plans / projects.
The ability to train and develop teams.
Proven ability to meet budgets and targets
Flexibility to work a 7 day roster.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 30-38 per week

**Salary**: $42,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
