Job Title: Supervisor Operational Services

As a supervisor of operational services, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring that our services are delivered to the highest standard.

About The Role

Ripley Specialised Inpatient Services is a state-of-the-art facility that delivers 90 additional beds in West Moreton as part of Queensland Health's Accelerated Infrastructure Delivery Program. The project involves delivering a three-storey facility located on Botany Drive, South Ripley. It is situated on the Ripley Health Campus and co-located with the current Satellite Health Centre.

About You

  • Demonstrated ability and experience in supervising and providing training and support to the operational services team.
  • Proven knowledge and experience working in operational services and in the use of appropriate techniques and equipment.
  • High-level organisational skills with an ability to utilise problem-solving strategies, prioritise and allocate tasks.
  • High-level interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team.
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills including the ability to negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Must be vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine-preventable diseases as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16.
