Our client is a large scale, Western Australian owned and operated Resource company and they are seeking to bring on an experienced, Personal/Executive Assistant to support on of their director. This role is a full time 6 month maternity leave cover.

As Executive Assistant, your role will be to ensure the Director is prepared and informed on relevant matters in a timely manner. This includes researching, preparing and ensuring responses to telephone calls and correspondence are responded to within specified timeframes and proactively managing their diary. In providing this support the position exercises a high degree of communication competence, initiative, discretion and confidentiality. The EA collaborates with all other internal EAs to provide a high-level support to the director. You will also manage all travel both domestic and overseas for the business. As an ongoing commitment to the organisation, you will be responsible for delivering the best service to our community and to improve the grower and customer experience; continuously, smartly and efficiently in the scope of your daily work.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage the complex diary of the Director
- Act as the main point of contact between the Executive and internal stakeholders
- Organize and coordinate meetings, create agendas and take meeting minutes
- Book travel and accommodation and manage expenses in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality at all times when preparing documents and reports
- Event Management

- Experience providing executive support
- Strong ability to prioritise and multitask in a busy environment
- Exceptional presentation and time management skills
- Demonstrated experience in PowerPoint presentation and strong business acumen
- Flexible in nature, proactive, and innovative in your approach
