We are seeking Trade qualified Forepersons to join our branch in Canberra, ACT on full time basis.

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the operations manager, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Work closely with the Operations Manager to develop a clear understanding of each project and deliver projects on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Participate and assist in conducting Toolbox Talk Meetings with the Operations team for each project
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Always follow safety guidelines and procedures.
- Complete tasks assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the painting trade - trade qualification highly desirable.
- Construction Induction Card is a must.
- EWP license is desirable.
- A strong focus on WHS&E
- Ability to co-ordinate painters over a large project site
- Good communication skills with painting team and clients
