**Job Title: Production Worker - Roller Shutters, Security Doors & Flyscreens**

**Location**: Epping Victoria

**Job Type**: Casual

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manufacture and assemble roller shutters, security doors or flyscreens in accordance with company specifications and quality standards.
- Operate machinery and tools used in the production process.
- Perform quality checks throughout the production cycle, ensuring that all products meet or exceed safety and performance standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with the preparation and packaging of finished products for delivery.
- Troubleshoot production issues, report any defects or malfunctions, and suggest improvements when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to operate power tools, machinery, and other production equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Good physical stamina and ability to handle manual labor.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of safety procedures in a production setting.

Pay: From $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 38 per week
