As the Security & Property Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for the security services and infrastructure and property compliance associated with our branch and Hub properties.

**You’ll make an impact by**:

- Utilising your expertise to develop and refine processes and procedures to ensure our properties are safe, secure and compliant with all applicable laws, regulations and standards relating to security and property compliance.
- Confidently managing security operations, monitoring, alarm response, conduct risk assessments, and responding to security incidents as a key party within the security emergency response group.
- Establishing and monitoring compliance KPI's and audits and effectively improving outcomes by developing action plans and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Displaying exceptional service, technical capability and commitment to make a strategic difference across all areas of compliance and security procedures and structural changes to protect bank assets, employees and customers.

**To succeed in this role, you will have**:

- Developed or implemented compliance programs including updating policies and procedures related to security and property compliance.
- Conducted audits and assessments evaluating the effectiveness of security measures and property compliance practices and issuing reports and recommendation on outcomes.
- Current knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security and property management.
- Related Project management experience.
- Demonstrated training implementation ability of previous policy, procedure, best practice in this area.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in a similar role.
