**What will you be responsible for?**
- Coordination of the end-to-end incident and service requests process, including; logging, classifying, prioritising, triaging, coordinating and following up on all APAC incidents and service requests
- Producing contractual customer and internal KPI reports accurately and on time
- Proactive, real-time monitoring of job completion in relation to SLA requirements and client requirements, including auditing and escalating as required
- Coordination of part availability including recording assets used by field staff in the Asset Tracking System
- End to end handling of exceptions raised by clients including XML creation and upload to client servers
- Excellent customer service skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to make quick and reasoned decisions
- Outstanding attention to detail
- 1+ years previous experience working within a service and support environment, delivering voice-based services to internal and/or external clients (Desirable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
