To enhance our brand experience, we operate Lindt Chocolate Cafes and Lindt Chocolate Shops to deliver the ultimate sensory and indulgent chocolate experience. We are recruiting now for a Lindt ambassador to lead our brand new Retail Team towards success.

**The Position**

As an Assistant Store Manager, You will actively support and oversee the operations of the business to ensure an exceptional and delightful customer experience and business objectives are achieved.

**The Person**
- Demonstrated previous Leadership experience in a retail environment where you have managed your team with clear communication, enthusiasm and passion
- Experienced in preparing rosters and achieving labour budgets
- An ability to grow your local community and drive return sales
- Confident with Microsoft office programs and IT systems
- Sound understanding of inventory management, ordering, receiving, stocktaking, with a flare for merchandising
- You have an organised approach, managing daily administration tasks in a timely manner allowing you to analyse, respond and drive your business.
- Delegating whilst been actively hands on
- You build a strong rapport with your team and other levels of management and have the ability to work autonomously.
