Join the Dotti team as **Store Manager** at our **WODEN**store We're on the lookout for a fun and fashion-savvy leader who’s all about creating a playful, customer-focused atmosphere while hitting sales targets. This is a **PART TIME** position of **36 hours per week** with availability required Sunday to Thursday, late-night shifts, and occasional public holidays.

**A Day in the Life**:

- Lead your team to achieve sales goals and smash KPIs while keeping the store upbeat and customer-centric.
- Train, coach and develop your team to help them reach their full potential.
- Manage stock, minimise loss and maximise your store’s sales opportunities.
- Maintain store standards with visual merchandising that inspires and excites.
- Create a fun, safe and inclusive environment for both your team and customers.
- Manage the store roster to align with trading hours and sales goals.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Proven leadership experience in retail, ideally with a fashion focus.
- A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs while managing operational costs.
- Strong visual merchandising experience and an eye for detail.
- A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for coaching a team.
