**About the role**

As a Table Games Trainer, you will support the Gaming Development and Training Executives in the execution of business objectives via training schools and programs, supporting the onboarding of new Gaming team members as well as upskilling internal Table Games team members to contribute to the optimal performance of Gaming operations.

With your positive and proactive approach, you foster a winning, solution-oriented work environment, motivating and engaging team members to continuously improve their skills, knowledge and service to our guests. You have a reputation for “Doing the Right Thing” and understand your obligations with regards to maintaining a high level of professional integrity.

**About you**

You will be a current GLDP 1, HD or Gaming Supervisor with supervisory or training experience in your current or previous roles.

Additionally, we are looking for:

- Excellent relationship building skills

- Ability to provide effective evaluation and feedback skills
- Demonstrated leadership/influencing capabilities
- Strong numerical and analytical problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Entry-level administration skills, including Microsoft Office Skills - Word and Excel
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to design and deliver training programs
- Application of Star Qualities in all aspects of your role
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills as you will work with a diverse guest and team member base
- Polished grooming and personal presentation

To ensure that you are equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional training programs to our team members and support the development of our team, we will provide you with training and opportunities to participate in learning and development courses, including train the trainer programs.

**Important to note**:

- Ability to maintain your current preferred shift will be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Your total performance history will be taken into consideration when deciding your suitability
- Applicants moving to the next stage of the process will be required to complete a video interview. There will also be a second round of interviews which will involve a practical assessment
- You will also need an Endorsement via iConnect, completed by your Team Leader
