We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic experienced restaurant Supervisor with an extensive knowledge of food and beverages. Who will supervise a high volume award winning restaurant and cocktails bar located in one of Sydney's favourite locations.
What's expected in this role;
- Minimum 1 year experienced as a successful restaurant supervisor.
- Extensive knowledge on wine, cocktails, spirits, and being able to create creative and exciting menus.
- Love training and developing your people to grow and succeed.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent experience in budgets and financials and labour costs
- Strong restaurant management skills that are driven to achieve kpi’s.
