Eureka Garages and Sheds are a 100% Australian owned steel fabrication company, which has been servicing domestic, rural, and commercial customers for more than 30 years.

We require an Electronic Instrument Trades worker to work in our manufacturing facility based in Sunshine West.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will have a technical role in our production facility supporting the production team ensuring equipment is maintained, repaired, and operating at full capacity.
- Responsible for:_

Examining and testing machinery and equipment to diagnose faults

Adjusting, repairing, and replacing worn and defective parts and wiring, and maintaining equipment and machinery

Reassembling, test operating and adjusting equipment

Advising users of the correct operating procedures to prevent malfunctions

Establish operating standards for electronic equipment.

Installing electronic instruments and control systems

Contract and scope of works

Procurement of parts/external labour

Implement engineering controls related to OHS Hazard/Risk assessments.

Ideally, you will have an electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic background, experience and knowledge installing and maintaining complex electronic control systems/equipment which will involve electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.

Someone who can prioritize and meet deadlines

Tertiary qualifications in relevant disciplines (preferred)

Must be a self-motivated individual, willing to take initiative and get things done.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
