**The role**

We have an exceptional opportunity for you to be part of our adventure team and join us in creating excitement in supporting our participants.

The role involves:

- Participate, train and develop skills in adventure activities aimed at gaining maximum engagement for each participant.
- Plan and actively support participants in social, adventure and recreational activities over a 7-day period including afternoons
- Delivering personalised active support in a group and one-on-one setting
- Be prepared to go on a holiday for overnight stays for a weekend or a whole week away
- Supervise participants undertaking recreational or leisure activities to ensure their wellbeing and safety.

**You**
- Have been described as an outstanding communicator who is empathetic, patient, compassionate and has a good sense of humour.
- Has a sense of adventure and not only enjoys social and recreational outings but actively participates in activities with our participants.
- Have a professional approach with a high level of motivation
- Must have a current and full NSW Driver’s License and access to a car
- Must have, or willing to obtain prior to starting, a current First Aid Certificate, CPR &
Working with Children Check and police check
- Need to be available for morning and evening shifts minimum 20 hours

- Pay range from $28.00 - $42.00 per hour

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $23.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Shift work

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
