**General labourer**

Our Concreters are responsible for the final finish of our kerb and channel product. This role supports our Lead Concrete Finisher and Foreman.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- shovelling concrete
- cutting joins with a battery operated small quick cut (no license required)
- learning how to finish joins
- assist lifting mould for kerb machine
- using power tools, level, tape measure
- assist with setting out of pegs and pack down of job site

**ALL our positions require each employee to have**:

- Own reliable transport
- Current driver’s license
- Construction industry white card
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and work outside.
- A safety-first attitude
- Relevant PPE: Long pants, long sleeve high vis shirt, hard hat and steel cap boots
- Ability to pass random drug and alcohol screening.

Starting pay is $33.17p/h and is dependent on experience. We review wages after first 3 months. Our work hours are between 7am-4pm and location is on the Sunshine Coast. It is preferred that you live within 50km of Caloundra.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
