Our client base is strong and you are invited to join our team to assist our clients with their everyday living tasks, achieve their goals and engage in community-based activities.

Mana Support is passionate to provide and assist individuals to pursue their interests and optimise learning, empowerment and social opportunity. We are looking to fill a range of shifts including overnight, Weekends and Weekdays.

We are located in West-Sydney mainly in Liverpool, Hoxton Park, Olympic Park and Austral along with other areas with training provided upon starting. This is an excellent opportunity for you to join our team for your growth and professional development.

Your role and responsibilities may include
- Assisting participants with their NDIS focused goals and daily activities
- Prompting and assisting with personal hygiene
- Assist with home care, preparing meals, and domestic cleaning (cleaning their houses and places)
- Transport, to and from medical appointments, activities and outings
- Ensure to always be an active listener and approach to interact with clients based on individual needs
- Administering medication required and on-time
- Must have excellent writing skills capable of reporting detailed shift summaries and incidents in a timely manner and communicating it accordingly

Relevant support worker certification
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- Valid Australian Driver license with vehicle (optional)
- Covid Vaccination (3 doses)
- First Aid Certificate

Experience (desirable)
- Experience working with people who have a disability and challenging behaviours
- Experience in writing report
- Flexible availabilities and willingness to commute to various locations
- Experience working under pressure

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.95 per hour
