**entertainment and tourism brand** in their search for a Marketing Coordinator to join their cohesive and collaborative team in Sydney. The team culture is all about fun and this permeates everything the teams does and works on.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the development and implementation of destination, event and co-operative partner campaigns across multiple holiday destinations and media channels including preparing creative assets, content or trafficking approvals.
- Coordinate and administer the ordering, preparation and delivery of the signage plans as part the contracted rights and benefits to ensure effective leverage of brand across event partnerships.
- Maintain and monitor advertising and campaign procedures and processes to ensure the necessary approvals are obtained at the relevant stages of an advertising campaign and promotional project.
- Deliver a centralised repository for all marketing, campaigns and advertising material, index and store information to ensure material is easily retrievable as a source of reference as required by various stakeholders.
- Maintain and coordinate campaign activity calendars and provide ad-hoc project support across the Marketing Division ensuring adherence to project management time, cost and quality requirements.
- Provide a range of professional general administrative and support services including preparation of campaign galleries and presentations, records management, routine correspondence and meeting coordination to support the efficient operation of the social media business unit.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across the Division including reviewing and maintaining work processes and procedures and recommending opportunities for efficiency.
