What are we looking for?
- Someone who likes to drive a high performing team culture, and that's committed to providing outstanding customer service through brand storytelling and exceptional interactions
- You like to lead and inspire your team to achieve store sales, KPI targets and profitability goals whilst maintaining a flexible and consistent improvement mindset
- Someone who has experience in coaching, developing and empowering your team with a communication and management style that aligns with the business
- A love for driving store operational excellence - including visual merchandising, stock and inventory control and roster management in a fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and awareness of how your choices as a leader effect your wider team
