Position: Graduate Architect/Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the project team to develop design concepts, construction drawings, and specifications for industrial, corrections, and institutional projects.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Collaborate with senior architects and clients to refine design concepts and deliver innovative solutions.
- Utilize software tools and technologies to create accurate and detailed architectural drawings and models.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and participate in client meetings to effectively communicate design ideas.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Demonstrated local experience in industrial, corrections, or institutional projects.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team and liaise with clients.
