Ensure a high level of patient service is provided including meeting patient needs, maintaining patient service levels and monitoring and reacting to patient feedback.
- Customer Service for both face to face and telephone contact;
- Be part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient services of the highest quality;
- Respond to and resolve issues and provide a prompt service in line with expectations;
- Work with colleagues and other administrative staff to achieve efficient and effective management of the patient journey throughout the Practice.

What you’ll do:

- Booking and confirming patients for Planning CT, Treatment, Nursing Review, Procedures and Consultations;
- Sound knowledge of all Oncology booking and treatment procedures;
- Promotion of an efficient, compassionate service to all patients, while maintaining a good working relationship with all staff members;
- Liaising with both internal and external support staff i.e. Imaging departments CNCs;
- Accurate and timely data entry into medical record system Mosaiq;
- Maintaining appointment diaries and taking initiative to ensure sessions are fully booked;
- Incoming call management, timely response to messages and answering of calls within three rings;
- Participate in the identification and implementation of service improvement initiatives;

- You are focused on deleivering positive patient experiences
- You have oncology or health experience with knowledge of Mosaiq
