Begin your journey with us as a** PORTER **within our Concierge team at The Westin/Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane. You will be responsible for providing our guests with memorable arrival and departure experiences in this fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for:

- Great local Brisbane knowledge
- Enjoy conversations with guests both internal and external
- Valet Parking of guest and conference vehicles
- Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property
- Provide outstanding guest experiences at all times
- Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area
- Assist with luggage storage and retrieval and assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage.

**Who you are and what you need**:

- You are a fun-loving person who can build rapport easily with guests
- You will hold a **current Driver's License**:

- Outstanding relationship building skills
- Excellent customer service experience
- Confidence and skills to up sell and promote our venues
- Passion for the Hospitality Industry
- Learn, think and grow and continue to evolve in your role
