Medical Device Tester

Medical Device Testing, Software Testing or Product Development
- 3 month contract with possible extension

We are currently a **Medical Device Tester** to ensure system and design requirements are met by verifying and validating implemented requirements and technical specifications for a 3 month was possible extension.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follows SOPs and Work Instructions
- Establishes and maintains structured testing methodology and environments.
- Participates in requirement reviews and provides feedback on incomplete, missing, incorrect requirements
- Reviews and understands pending changes, creates test procedures, test protocols, and test matrices as applicable.
- Estimates scope and work effort
- Publishes test results in test reports.
- Collaborates with cross-functional team members
- Actively identifies potential process improvements, error trends and/or the root causes. Makes recommendations for remedies to management.
- Appropriately communicates progress, issues, risks, and helps develop risk mitigation plans in collaboration with the project team.
- Actively provides status to manager on assigned projects
- Participates in peer review of test cases, test protocols, scripts and defects with team members.
- Projects as assigned based on business needs.

**Education and/or Experience**:

- Bachelor of Computer Science/ BioMedical/Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
- 1-3 years of experience in Medical Device Testing, Software Testing or Product Development
