**Daily Duties**:

- Consistently and accurately maintain both, our Online Inventory via a CMS and, our Offline Inventory via proprietary system.
- Record and compare received goods before transfer to a different Department.
- Collaborate on monthly Stock Takes with your Teammates.
- Pick pre-packed orders for Customer Orders.
- Locate stock within our Production Process for Customer Orders.
- Consistently communicate with Team members across a variety of Departments.
- Collaborate with your Teammates to ensure that we not only meet our customer’s expectations but adhere to our Marketplace Partner’s SLA’s.
- Collaborate on the overall organisation and appearance of our Warehouse by supporting Forklift Operators and completing manual unloading and loading tasks.
- Prepare Product for sale via established cleaning and packing processes.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, ISO standards, and Chain of Responsibility (CQR) regulations.

**About you**:

- Take pride in and champion excellent organisational skills
- Demonstrated experience in an Inventory Controller role.
- Consistently communicate with both clients and staff.
- A Team member who enjoys collaborating with their team mates to achieve dynamic priorities and tasks.
- Forklift License (desirable but not essential)
