YOUR ROLE
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding service and working in a fast-paced, global logistics environment?
As a Customer Sales & Service Coordinator, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless coordination of their shipments while supporting the growth and retention of key accounts. This role combines customer service, operational follow-through, and commercial engagement to ensure a consistently exceptional client experience.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
**Specifically, you will**:
Coordinate end-to-end shipment activities, keeping customers informed at every stage
Manage service queries, quotations, and documentation accurately and on time
Maintain up-to-date customer profiles including rates, delivery requirements, and SOPs
Liaise with warehouse and operations teams to meet client expectations
Work closely with the Sales Manager and overseas agents to source competitive rates
Support the implementation of client-specific procedures and reporting
Monitor financial status of accounts and flag credit concerns when required
Promote the full range of services available across import, export, and value-add logistics
Escalate service issues and customer concerns promptly and professionally.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-first mindset
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Competency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
Confidence liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders
A collaborative approach and the ability to work under pressure
An interest in learning about freight processes and international logistics.
