**About the role**

Reporting to the shift manager, you will be responsible for ensuring production requirements are met safely and efficiently. This is a permanent, full-time position on day-shift.

You will:

- Be a safety leader in your team.
- Prepare the production line and equipment to run.
- Start, operate and shut off the production line.
- Ensure that quality checks are completed on time.
- Use your initiative and problem-solving skills to manage and utilise staff effectively.

**About you**

Full training will be given to the right individuals; however preference will be given to applicants who have:

- Previous production operating experience ideally within a high volume FMCG, food or healthcare manufacturing environment
- Knowledge and experience of HACCP, food safety, quality and safety principles
- A positive can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a safety focus
- Willing and eager to be trained on a range of different equipment and processes
