**You'll shine here if you**:

- Are a keen observer of new products and the latest beauty trends and techniques
- Have previous experience in makeup/artistry services is highly preferred
- Are open to expanding your knowledge of our iconic brands to share your knowledge with, and learn from, your team of Beauty Advisors.
- Are open to participating in cross-training and attending in-store beauty expert training sessions where you're encouraged to continuously learn and explore.
- Have previous Sales experience and excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members.
- Enjoy creating an amazing customer experience by providing a welcoming environment to listen and embrace their unique needs
- Have a certificate or qualification in artistry (highly desirable)

- You have previous make-up artistry experience
- You’re a people person with sales experience
- You’re knowledgeable about what’s new and trending with beauty products, fragrance, makeup, and skincare
- You can be counted on with consistent and reliable attendance
- You love to build relationships with customers and team members
- You’re able to react to situations in-the-moment and stay aware of changing store priorities as they arise
- You enjoy a flexible schedule that includes working weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings, if needed
- You’re proud of how bold and unique you are, and it shows with your body language, passion and inspirational style
- Have certificate or diploma qualifications in makeup or skincare highly desirable
