Knowledge of the NDIS sector advantageous but not essential.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
Capital Guardians is an NDIS Plan Manager. Our clients are people with disability who receive funding from the NDIS. Our service helps clients manage their NDIS funding.

This is an opportunity to partner with us as a Local Representative and grow your own business in the NDIS sector. Similar to a franchise model but without the up front and ongoing fees.

To establish and build a successful business the work you’ll undertake will centre around customer service + business development. At its core, you’ll be establishing relationships with local service providers and potential clients to grow a client base, then provide amazing customer service to those clients.

You’ll be supported in your journey with initial and ongoing training/coaching and support from Head Office.

**REMUNERATION**

This is not a typical salaried position. Generally, remuneration is reliant upon building your client base, and is paid per client. We have Local Representatives earning healthy six figure incomes (having built to this over time).

The opportunity can be undertaken alongside employment or in conjunction with another business. In fact, we encourage you to have an alternate income source initially to allow you time to grow your client base and income.

**Salary**: From $36,000.00 per year
