**About the Opportunity**
As Principal Trainer of our Training and Change Workstream at Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority SDPRIA, you will help make a real difference in healthcare through the design and delivery of innovative digital health training, empowering staff across NSW with flexible learning solutions and supporting the successful local rollout of transformative technology.
In this role, you will:
- **Design and deliver**flexible training solutions for end users with varying levels of digital literacy across metro, regional, rural, and remote NSW.
- **Lead**end-to-end training activities for NSW Health staff during both implementation and ongoing support phases.
- **Integrate** vendor content and digital learning tools—including eLearning, video, and other media—into training programs aligned with policy and instructional design standards.
- **Collaborate** with and support training teams across Health Districts, leading key initiatives to meet statewide program requirements.
**About You**
We are looking for someone who:
- Bring expertise in adult learning to a dynamic, large-scale environment, helping shape how thousands of staff engage with digital health systems.
- Leads the design and delivery of high-quality software training programs, driving meaningful transformation from concept through to implementation.
- Design eLearning content and deliver impactful virtual training experiences.
- Holds a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
