An exciting opportunity for an experienced Dental Receptionist for this progressive, general practice based in Menai, the position is part time Saturday’s & Monday’s

**Duties will include but not limited to**:

- Meet and greet patients
- Answer calls
- Process payments and manage patient accounts
- Handle patient appointments, accounts and records
- Ensure procedures are followed correctly
- Managing the recall system
- Oversee general day to day operation
- Stock control
- Rostering

**Successful Applicants will have the following**:

- Have exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Have a professional presentation
- Be caring and “patient focused” ensuring service and personalised patient care is a priority
- Good understanding of the dental industry
- Computer literate with experience using any dental software package
