- Rohan McMaster We are currently supporting an ASX listed, multi site business headquarted in Melbourne. With sizeable revenues spread across a number of divisions, this role supports a growing business area and works closely in supporting stakeholders with commercial insights to aid decision making.

Specifically, you will have respoinsibilities across areas including:

- Providing commercial insights and ensuring appropriate challenge & analysis to support business growth
- Partnering with regional teams to prepare financial plans and budgets
- Providing financial modelling and analysis to improve price yield across the business unit
- Analysing trends and variances including rate and volume analyses to support growth
- Preparation of pricing models as required
- Working closely with the strategy team to deliver the national strategy
- Working with Regional management on key commercial cost levers such as labour productivity and asset utilisation

For best success in the role you will be able to demonstrate proven financial and commercial experience in a complex, diverse, multi-site business. You will have proven business partnering skills with the ability to influence commercial outcomes, particularly through your ability to communicate complex financial information in a concise, understandable manner.
