About the Role:We're looking for a skilled tradesman and a bit of an all rounder with architectural construction experience. Happy to help you train and support you on your journey to leading hand and site manager if you would like to do this down the track.

This can be a full-time position or a ABN, with projects primarily located within easy reach of our Balmain head office.

About You:You'll thrive in this role if you're reliable, hands-on, and committed to quality workmanship. You'll be motivated by delivering outstanding residential projects and working closely with clients and our design team.

You'll ideally have:

• Technical knowledge and experience
• Proven technical construction experience
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and make some decisions.
