**Who will you work with?**

You will join an agency that values a point of view. Day to day, you will work with all relevant media stakeholders to deliver exceptional campaign planning and results. This role also closely collaborates with specialist media, technology and digital partners.

Our Performance team is all about results and accountability. With industry-leading capabilities across paid search, social and display the team is focused on boosting the performance of client content and amplifying campaigns to maximise business results.

**Who are we looking for?**

A Performance Executive with 2 to 3 years experience in a digital, performance, analytical role within an agency performance environment. You will have basic knowledge and hands on experience in paid search and paid social. Display experience is also an advantage as well as an interest in web technologies and consumer behaviour.

You will need to have good working knowledge of all core digital marketing platforms and a basic understanding of key metrics and data analysis. Training will be provided based on knowledge gaps and your existing skill set.

**What will your day look like?**
- You will be exposed to a wide array of marketing activities and campaign types
- Your channel time split will be approximately SEM & Video 70% / Social 30%
- You will work with clients with a range of different budgets and campaigns
- You will work with and support the Performance Manager/Director to achieve campaign performance and deliverables for clients across both paid social and paid search
- You will support the Performance Manager/Director in campaign planning by liaising closely with external vendors and internal teams
- You will build and in-depth knowledge of all digital vendors and their offerings
- You will be responsible for campaign implementation to a high level of quality, including building creative specs documents, trafficking, campaign set up, optimization and reporting
- You will be responsible for regular and ad hoc reporting, including basic data analysis, weekly, daily and competitive reporting
- You will be proficient in search platforms Google Ads, Bing Advertising, Adwords Editor, Google Analytics as well as knowledge of social platforms mainly Facebook Ads Manager as well as basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Business Manager, DV360, Youtube and Tag management
- You will be able to analyse and interpret the data to provide valuable insights and actionable next steps
- You will have a high attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, strong project management and organisation skills and will thrive in a fast paced environment
- You will be fully responsible for implementing your deliverables, on time and in an efficient manner. Your managers and clients should never need to chase overdue work.
- You will have a strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, Slides,Docs and Keynote using a Mac.

Additional Information

Salary depending on experience and skills from $100k up to $120k inc super.
