**Program Manager **within our
**Strategy and Portfolio Development** team will contribute to innovative solutions that reduce carbon emissions, drive cost savings, and accelerate energy performance.

**Lead the change, from the frontline**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Program Manager based in
**Melbourne **to join our Strategy and Portfolio Development team. This is a full time,
**12 month fixed term** opportunity.

The Program Manager will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of multiple projects on time, within budget and scope. The projects will be undertaken by multidisciplinary teams and enable the development of customer offers and operations. This role will report to the Strategic Growth Manager and support the project management teams and stakeholders.

With honesty, integrity and respect, you will:

- Oversee projects and facilitate communication between team members and key stakeholders, coordinating the projects and their interdependencies to ensure each project aligns with the program objectives;
- Develop the overall program plan, preparing project timeline and critical path, liaising with internal teams to ensure they have a clear understanding (scope, timeline, budget) of how their activities affect the program deliverables;
- Daily program management, of multiple projects, throughout the program life cycle, aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program’s outcome;
- Manage the program budget, including approvals and forecasting; and
- Manage and prepare stakeholder communications.

**What you’ll bring**

- Extensive practical experience in programme management, including managing multiple projects, program financials and risk management with an excellent track record in delivering exceptional outcomes;
- Experience in Innovation, Mobility, Technology or the Energy industry;
- Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels across a large organisation;
- Experience in the delivery of complex customer focussed solutions;
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and cross functional working;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent time management and organisation skills; and
- Ability to handle ambiguity.
