This large and well renowned Not-For-Profit healthcare organisation seeks
- multiple_ Accounts Payable Officers to join their team on a temporary basis.

Based in brand new offices in Newstead and working part of a medium sized team, they are seeking some assistance to catch up on a large back log of work.

**Your role**

Reporting into the Accounts Payable Manager, your role will involve:

- Invoice data entry
- Matching and batch print outs
- Processing high volumes of invoices (750 per week)
- Providing high levels of customer service to both internal and external key stakeholders
- Monthly reconciliations of creditor statements
- Additional ad hoc projects to support the Accounts Payable Manager
- General administration
- Use of Microsoft Dynamics 365

**Your Profile**

***
You will bring strong attention to detail and experience working in a high volume processing environment. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and a friendly customer-service-oriented attitude.

Previous experience using MS Dynamics 365 is essential for you to be considered for this opportunity.

As this is a temporary role, you must be immediately available and ready to start
