**The Company**:
Production Operators. Join our client in Bayswater, who produces tonnes of chocolate daily for major food industry manufacturers. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation in a period of growth & investment, who are committed to providing a safe and supportive working environment for all team members.

**The position requirements include, but are not limited to**:

- Operation of a variety of purpose-built machinery. Training will be provided
- Maintaining a clean workspace
- Reading & following SOPs
- Strictly following all quality & safety procedures
- Working in team environment with a positive, self-motivated and proactive attitude

**To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following**:

- Production operator experience in a fast manufacturing environment
- Chocolate manufacturing background highly regarded
- Physically fit to complete manual handling duties, such as lifting, pulling, pushing, bending and reaching
- Be able to work in a warm environment (25°c plus)
- A strong mechanical aptitude
- An understanding of GMP and 5S manufacturing principles
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) with high attention to detail
- A willingness to learn & the flexibility to work extra hours and perform ad hoc duties as required

**Shift Hours**:
Day shift hours: Monday to Friday, 6am - 2:30pm,

Afternoon shift hours: Monday to Friday, 2pm - 11pm,

Night shift hours: Sunday - Thursday, 10:30pm - 6:30am,
