We’re looking for a caring and proactive Allied Health Assistant (AHA) to join our warm and values-driven team at Kidscape Speech Pathology. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a meaningful difference every day.

About Us

Kidscape Speech Pathology is a small, neurodiversity-affirming private practice based in Kambah, Canberra. We provide respectful, play-based, and child-led speech therapy for children with diverse communication needs.

About the Role

As an AHA at Kidscape, you will:

- Support the delivery of therapy under the guidance of a Speech Pathologist
- Assist with preparation of therapy resources
- Work with children in clinic, home, school, and telehealth settings
- Help with client-related admin tasks and therapy follow-ups
- Be a valued member of our small and supportive team

You’ll Need:

- A relevant qualification or current study in allied health, education, therapy assistance, or a related field
- Experience or interest in working with children WWVP card
- Current driver’s licence and access to a car
- Strong communication, initiative, and organisation skills
- A kind and collaborative approach

Previous AHA or therapy experience is welcome but not required — we will provide training and support.

Pay: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour
