We have an exciting new opportunity for **Service Coordinator**

Lighting lives is an NDIS provider supporting participants with various needs in our homes and in the community.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**
- Use your existing networks to generate referrals and follow-up
- Cert III/IV disability or higher qualification relevant to the role
- Minimum 2 years' experience within disability services or related services
- Drivers Licence with own registered vehicle
- Current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Working with Vulnerable Check or willingness to obtain

**Selection criteria**
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the NDIS Practice Standards
- Communicate effectively with participants, staff and stakeholders
- Collaborate with other NDIS Service Coordinators to support NDIS participants in achieving their goals
- Organising networking programs and participating in networking events
- Intake of the participants, overseeing and coordinating the delivery of services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including participants' families, allied health professionals, and other support coordinators
- Maintain up-to-date client documentation, including risk assessments and support plans, ensuring safe and effective support
- Demonstrated time management in fast paced, complex service environment
- The ability to communicate effectively and working with the team to achieve the goals
- Strong documentation and computer skills

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $38.00 - $44.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Ndis service coordination/ business development: 2- 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person

**Job Type**: Casual

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
