We are seeking an Industrial Designer or someone with experience in the design of aluminium building products, window / door hardware, furniture, etc to join our team at Campbellfield.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Development of project briefs with stakeholders.
- Concept development, and consultation with stakeholders.
- Detailed design, quotations and sign off.
- Preparation of project progress reports.
- Guidance and mentoring to staff.
- Technical support to customers.
- Other key accountabilities appropriate to the position as determined by the manager of the role.

Essential
- At least 5 years' design experience in a similar role, aluminium industry experience is highly desirable.
- Strong IT skills including working knowledge of AutoCAD drafting and 3D modeling software.
- Technical experience and competence to support decision making (inclusive of Industry Standards and Regulatory knowledge).
- High attention to detail and the ability to visualise concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication / interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence others at various levels.
- Strong procedural and documentation skills and an awareness of quality management principles.
- Well-developed time management skills and the ability to work with a high degree of personal initiative and limited supervision.
