About the Role

We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic **Medical Administrator** to join our growing team. This role is the perfect balance of patient care and administration in a supportive, fun, and professional environment.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Welcoming patients & providing outstanding front-of-house service
- Managing bookings, enquiries, and follow-ups
- Supporting clinicians with administrative and patient liaison tasks
- Maintaining accurate patient records & data entry
- Coordinating stock, supplies, and clinic resources
- Assisting with billing, invoicing, and payment processing
- Contributing to a supportive, team-focused workplace

To Be Successful In This Role:
About You

You’re someone who thrives in a dynamic, patient-focused environment. You love building warm, professional relationships, staying organised, and finding solutions. Most importantly, you’re a **team player** who enjoys contributing to a collaborative and supportive workplace.
- At least **1 year experience** in administration or customer service (medical or aesthetics desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment
- A **patient-first mindset** and genuine passion for customer care
- Confidence using scheduling systems, Microsoft Office & digital platforms

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
