A great opportunity for a Gaming Manager to support and assist the Venue Manager in the leadership of the day to day operation of the gaming room.

**What you’ll do**:

- Be responsible for the day to day operations of the Gaming room
- Lead and develop a team to ensure an outstanding guest experience every time
- Coordinate training for the team to ensure compliance and operational excellence
- Ensure we maintain exceptional presentation standards of the Venue
- Implement and champion the Venue’s Responsible Gambling Code

**What you’ll need**:

- Gaming experience within a Venue
- Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Current RSA and RSG/RCG are essential The desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional team
