**Assistant Manager**:

- **Adelaide Central - Multiple Roles**
- $74,000 - $78,000 Base Salary + Super + Bonus + Team Benefits

We love passionate, forward thinking, go getting, confident and inspiring Assistant Managers to lead and motivate our teams to create pub experiences locals love. Our venues within this area include:

- Coopers Alehouse
- Royal Oak
- Empire Hotel
- Enfield Hotel
- Hendon Hotel
- Belgian Beer Cafe
- Tower Hotel
- Norwood Hotel

You will have leadership experience, ideally working across food, bars and gaming, exceptional customer service and commercial acumen. We take responsibility seriously therefore, you will need current industry qualifications/licences - but if you don't have them yet, we can talk you through that

**Qualifications**:
**What you’ll need**:

- Strong customer focus with the ability to get to know our locals and what they love
- Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire & develop your team to provide exceptional experiences
- Strong planning, organisational and problem solving skills including working in a matrix organisation
- Industry licences and accreditation i.e. gaming licence, RSA/RSG/RCG, wagering accreditation and Red Card - can be obtained once successful
