We are currently seeking enthusiastic and caring Disability Support Workers to join our team on a casual basis. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and live in Penrith or the surrounding areas, we would love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care and support to individuals with disabilities.
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, hygiene, and mobility.
- Support clients in community participation and recreational activities.
- Implement individualized care plans and document progress.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and positive environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

**Requirements**:

- Must live in Penrith or the surrounding area.
- Willingness to work on a casual basis with flexible hours.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in disability support (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check.

Pay: $36.90 per hour
