**About the role**:
We have a great opportunity for a highly motivated Field Service Manager who will be responsible for providing a high level of technical and supervisory support to our Malaga team.

**About the opportunity**
- Previous experience in a supervisory position with track record of leading maintenance teams to success
- Demonstrated high regard for safety, quality and continuous improvement
- Proven success in business development and customer relationship/contract management
- Mentor, guide and support our team of tradespersons and apprentices.
- Experience with gas engines and compressors highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and planning skills

We have a great opportunity for a highly motivated Field Service Manager who will be responsible for providing a high level of technical and supervisory support to our Malaga team. The Field Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all field service operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and efficiency.

**About the opportunity**
- Manage a team of field service technicians and engineers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize field service operations
- Monitor and track service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with customers to schedule service appointments and resolve any issues
- Provide technical expertise and support to field service team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
