We are looking for enthusiastic people to work in our client's produce packing facility in Laidley, QLD. This is a busy job that will provide you with great experience in a fun and engaging team environment.

The role will see you majorly operating the production lines for produce. There will also be targets to meet whilst at work, as well as meeting quality of work production by the bagging machine.

Working in a fast-paced setting, you will need to be quick on your feet and be able to work unsupervised as well as being open to learn and take instructions when required. In this role you will expect to work on average 40 hours per week.

**Your Skills & Experience**

We are looking for people who have previous packing and machine operating experience as well as being tech savvy. To apply, please ensure you can prove the following:

- Packing experience (desired but not essential)
- Physically fit with a degree of flexibility
- Able to work unsupervised and a great work ethic
- Able to prioritize tasks and possess precise record keeping skills
- Able to follow instructions and communicate appropriately across all cultures
- Committed to the whole season (minimum three months commitment)
- Other duties as required
