**About the role**

This is a contract role for a Relocation Consultant. As a Relocation Consultant, your day-to-day tasks will involve providing the client with expert advice about the local area in Newcastle and what suburbs would suit their needs, sourcing properties which fit their requirements, organising an itinerary for inspections, inspecting properties on behalf of the client, liaising with real estate agents on behalf of the client, and providing support and assistance to clients regarding their move.

As a business built on word of mouth and referrals, we are focused on delivering excellent customer service and are looking for someone who aligns with our values. We will provide you with full training prior to your start, and your team leader will be on stand-by to assist you at any time whilst you settle in. We are a results-focused workplace that values autonomy, independence and teamwork. The role is a casual status with work provided on an assignment basis, as opposed to set shift hours.

**What are we looking for?**

To be considered for this role, you must be highly proactive, diligent and empathetic, extremely organised and able to work independently.
- Experience in a customer facing role and well-developed interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Must have extensive knowledge of the city of Newcastle and insight into the housing market.
- A current, clean drivers licence and reliable car is essential to the success of the role.
- Saturday availability is also a must.

Whilst previous experience in the relocation industry, global mobility or real estate industry is highly regarded, your confident attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service across a culturally diverse client base will see you secure this role.

**What we offer**

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
