Our client is a well-established poultry company based in Wingfield and are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team as a Training Assistant. This is an ongoing position with the opportunity to go full time with the client after 6 months.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enter data into company databases and maintain accurate records
- Photocopy, scan and file various documents
- Assist with scheduling of training sessions
- Occasionally hold training sessions for new employees
- Assist with the coordination of training programs

**Requirements**:

- Strong computer literacy skills
- Ability to work independently within a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels
- Ability to prioritize work and juggle multiple tasks at once
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is a must
