**The Role**
As a Technical Service Provider, you will be the face of DIT AgTech, delivering hands-on support to farmers by:
- **Installing, configuring, and maintaining uDOSE machines** across your designated territory.
- **Training customers** to perform routine maintenance and use our uHUB dashboard for real-time device monitoring.
- Conducting **proactive inspections and troubleshooting** to minimize downtime.
- Managing supplement mixing and delivery during installations as needed.
- Maintaining QA records, managing inventory, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

**What We’re Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Diagnostic skills to troubleshoot IoT devices and address technical issues.
- Understanding of farming environments and the challenges they present.
- Proficiency in software relevant to hardware manufacturing and diagnostics.
- A manual car license (essential); HR truck and forklift licenses are preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively.
**Location & Travel**
This role involves regular travel within your assigned territory in SE QLD or South Australia.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
