Concrete Truck Drivers Wanted –Callington

Premix Concrete SA, established in 1989, is a respected, family-owned South Australian business. With a fleet of over 40 concrete trucks, cement tankers, and tippers, and more than 110 employees across four plants, we are proud to be industry leaders in decorative concrete through our STYLECRETE brand serving commercial, residential, and prestige builds.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and professional Concrete Truck Drivers to join our growing team at Callington.

Available Positions

  • Full-Time (Permanent) – $31.05 per hour + overtime
  • Casual – $37.40 per hour + overtime

Location

  • Callington

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering pre-mixed concrete to customer sites.
  • Maintain vehicle presentation and ensure safety standards.
  • Perform daily pre-start checks ensuring the vehicle is roadworthy and report maintenance issues.
  • Manage slump tolerance levels and discharge concrete appropriately.
  • Complete delivery dockets and paperwork accurately.
  • Provide customer feedback to Central Dispatch and Plant Supervisor.
  • Clean truck and mixer daily.
  • Uphold our commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Current Heavy Vehicle License (minimum HR Class).
  • Minimum 2 years of heavy vehicle driving experience.
  • Strong driving history.
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday.
  • Professional and courteous manner with customers and Team Members.
  • Commitment to NHVR regulations.
  • Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated attitude.
