**The Role**
As the Data Support Officer (APS2) in the Community Child Care Fund (CCCF) team, you will assist the team with tasks such as data entry, extraction, analysis, reporting, and general administrative duties.

The CCCF program supports vulnerable and disadvantaged communities in regional and remote locations. Our team works closely with other areas of the Early Childhood and Youth Group, as well as external stakeholders, including education and care services, communities, and both state and federal government agencies. The team is also responsible for managing responses and preparing briefings to address inquiries from the media and the Minister’s office.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

- Performing data entry, extraction, and analysis.
- Checking and analysing financial reports.
- Undertaking general administrative duties as directed, including assisting other teams/staff within the Branch.
