**ABOUT THE COMPANY**
Our client are a large, national financial services conglomerate with leading brands across multiple verticals. They are currently delivering an enterprise wide transformation and are urgently looking for a Technical Program Manager
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Based out of Sydney or Melbourne, this role has been newly created to partner closely with the existing transformation team to ensure critical delivery deadlines are met. You will most closely work with the various Delivery leads and Engineering Managers across the transformation to understand where they need help and create solutions to resolve delivery issues.
**DUTIES**
- Understand and prioritise key projects deliverables
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets
- Provide technical guidance where required
- Develop strong relationships with all Delivery Leads and Engineering Managers across the transformation
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- You will be an experienced Program Manager who has worked on enterprise transformations ideally within large banks or insurance firms
- Prior to Program Management you will have a strong engineering background
- This is a hybrid delivery so experience in agile and waterfall methodologies is desired
- Excellent stakeholder management skills required ranging from team leaders through to c-suite
- Immediately available or at short notice
