**The Opportunity**

**Your new role**
- Lead the divisional information security Data and Governance team, including vulnerability management and DLP incidents.
- Drive the development, execution, and assurance of an effective Cyber practice.
- Build collaborative relationships with divisional technical services and business stakeholders to ensure proactive remediation of vulnerabilities and DLP events.
- Contribute to the delivery of an effective Cyber and information security capability across QBE.
- Act with integrity and transparency in threat and risk identification.
- Ensure vulnerability management processes are consistently applied in the AUSPAC region.
- Engage in building cyber and information security awareness across QBE, coaching understanding, building awareness, and engendering healthy curiosity.
- Track compliance and security benefits to demonstrate impact and mitigation success.
- Support continuous improvement of processes in the data loss prevention and governance space.

**About you**
- Proven experience leading information security teams, ideally in vulnerability management and DLP.
- Strong understanding of cyber security practices, policies, and standards.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to act with integrity and transparency in all aspects of threat and risk identification and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to drive fast-paced and agile behaviours in a team setting.
